Directions:

Place the Cool Strip Bandana in water for 4-7 minutes. The polymers will absorb the water and will become a gel. Leave the pack to dry for 5 minutes.

For Cold use: After water is absorbed, place in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Apply the Cool Strip Bandana to desired body part.

For Hot use: After water is absorbed, place in microwave for 15 seconds. Apply the Cool Strip Bandana to desired body part.

The pack will maintain its gel shape for up to 3 days.

Storage: After usage, lay the pack flat to dry. Pack will be back in initial state approximately after two days lying to dry. Do not store pack if wet or damp.

After the pack is completely dry it’s ready for reuse.
