Our Products

Do I have a product warranty?

Yes.  A one year manufacturer warranty, from the date of purchase, is valid for all Nature Creation products purchase at naturecreation.com or bought from an authorized dealer only. The warranty covers product failure due to manufacture defects. All returns are subject to company inspection to determine whether the reason for the product failure is under warranty. How long will the aroma last?

The aroma of a fresh herbal pack can last up to 2 years. While using our products, the aroma will gradually begin to fade. The longevity of the aroma depends on frequency of use and proper storage (in a Ziplock type bag in the freezer).

Order Information

How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, log-in to your account. In the “my account” section on the right column, enter your order # and click the arrow to track your order. If you do not remember your order # click on the “orders” link to view your order history. You can also call our Customer Care center at (888) 250-2010. (Return to top)

When checking on the status of my order, I received an "In Process" message. What does that mean?

"In Process" means that your order is in the early stages of shipping. Changes to your order cannot be made during this time, but you can always call to make a return or exchange once your order has arrived. (Return to top)

 

How can I find out where my package is?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail that confirms that your order has been shipped from our Distribution Center. This e-mail contains the tracking # and carrier information for your order. In addition, you can log into the carrier website and track your order. (Return to top)

 

My order has shipped but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is?

Depending on the shipping carrier, tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation e-mail from us. If 48 hours have passed and you are still unable to track your order, please call our Customer Care Center at (888) 250-2010. (Return to top)

 

How do I use a coupon code online?

How do I use a Gift Certificate online?

To use your Gift Certificate towards an online purchase, enter your Gift Certificate number on the shopping cart page and click on the apply arrow. Any unused Gift Certificate balance will remain on your Gift Certificate. (Return to top)

Why am I paying tax on shipping and handling?

State tax regulations require that we collect sales tax on shipping and handling where applicable. All sales taxes that are collected are paid to the state where the tax is collected and merchandise has been shipped. (Return to top)

 

How is sales tax determined?

The sales tax rate and collection of taxes are determined by the location where the merchandise is being shipped. (Return to top)

 

I am shipping my order outside of the U.S. Will I be charged additional duties and taxes?

Shipping outside the U.S: Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Nature Creation ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. Unfortunately, we are not able to request for your order to be shipped by a specific carrier. Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

30 days money back guaranteed or exchange for all orders placed on our website - www.naturecreation.com. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges. Merchandise returned after 30 days may be exchanged or refunded in the form of a gift certificate.

Returns of wholesale orders (unused products only) after 30 days and within 90 days from date of purchase are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Can I return or exchange products I purchased in a store/mall cart to Nature Creation?

Exchange - You can exchange any products you purchase from our authorized distributors within 30 days of the date of purchase (copy of sales receipt required).

Returns/Refunds – All of our distributors are independent and have their own return/refund policy. If you would prefer to get a refund, you should check the return policy of the store you purchased from and contact them directly.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Please call us at 1 (888) 250-2010 Ext. 101 to receive RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. Please include a printable return/exchange form (available here) with your product and mail it to:

Packages that do not have an RMA # and return/exchange form will be rejected and will not be processed.

Please allow 30 days for us to receive and process your request. Upon receipt of your return, the product will be sent to our lab for inspection. Upon the inspection results, we will do one of the following:

1.      Credit you for the returned items if you qualify for our 30 day money back guarantee policy.

2.      Replace your product if you qualify for our one year manufacturer warranty policy.

3.      Return the product to you if the product was abused, misused or if you are not covered by any of the policies above.

How do I return a gift?

We will gladly send you a refund in the form of a gift certificate or product exchange. If you are exchanging for merchandise of higher value, payment for the remaining balance will be required. Call 1 (888) 250-2010 Ext. 101 to receive RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please include a printable return and exchange form (available here) with your product and mail it to:
